Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If an item is marked 'Final Sale' it is only eligible to be exchanged or to be returned for store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any item(s) received after 30 days will only be eligible for store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.  We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for a refund such as any/all items marked as final sale or are found on the clearance page of our website. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If you are tight on time and need your item(s) ASAP the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Otherwise, to start your exchange, click here and have your order number ready. Once approved, you'll receive an email confirmation with your pre-paid return label and tracking details. Be sure to save your confirmation email for your records before dropping off your return package at a FedEx Drop Box or FedEx store. Once your return has been scanned by FedEx your exchange will be shipped, we recommend sending your return back as soon as possible as we would hate to sell out of your requested exchange size. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
