RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased directly through the Propersole website may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. If an item is marked 'Final Sale' it is only eligible to be exchanged or to be returned for store credit. All returned shoes must be in unworn, new condition and in the original packaging. Any item(s) received after 30 days will only be eligible for store credit. 

We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.  We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.

Eligible Returns/Exchanges: To start your return, click here and have your order number ready. Once approved, you'll receive an email confirmation with your pre-paid return label and tracking details. Be sure to save your confirmation email for your records before dropping off your return package at a FedEx Drop Box or FedEx store. 

You'll receive an email notification as soon as your returned item(s) have been received and quality inspected by our team. If the item(s) meet the return criteria specified above, your refund will be issued back to the original method of payment within 7 business days of receipt. 

Final Sale Policy: all sale items purchased as “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return refunds. Final sale items are only eligible to be exchanged and/or  returned for store credit. Promotions including coupons and promo codes, cannot be applied to Final Sale purchases.

If you receive an incorrect item or if the merchandise is damaged or defective in any way, please contact us immediately by emailing support@propersole.com. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, misuse, or accident, will not be considered defective and will be unable to be warrantied.
