As a part of our Propersole Guarantee:

  • We promise to respond to all customer support inquires within 1-2 business days. 
  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is processed for shipping.
  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we gladly accept returns on any unworn merchandise purchased from the Propersole website within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note items that are listed as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges as stated in our returns policy. 
  • If you receive an incorrect item or if the merchandise is damaged or defective in any way, please contact us immediately by emailing support@propersole.com. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, misuse, or accident, will not be considered defective and will be unable to be warrantied.
  • Only non final sale items purchased directly through propersole.com, within a 3-month window are eligible for warranty. Please contact our customer support team with any issues or concerns.
